Control ambient humidity

In office areas where steel furniture is placed, the relative air humidity is recommended to be maintained at 40%-60%. During the rainy season or in humid areas in the south, you can use the dehumidification mode of a dehumidifier or air conditioner to reduce indoor humidity and prevent the cabinet from directly contacting the wall or floor - leave a 5-10cm gap when placing it against the wall. Moisture-proof mats or foot pads can be laid on the floor to prevent ground moisture from corroding the bottom of the cabinet.

If the furniture is accidentally wetted by rain, you need to wipe the surface moisture immediately with a dry rag, paying special attention to corners, hinges, keyholes and other gaps that are prone to water accumulation. Avoid direct sunlight

Do not place steel furniture in direct sunlight. Long-term exposure will cause the surface coating to fade, age, and crack. If you cannot avoid the sun, you can install curtains or blinds to block it and reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to the furniture.
