1. Unpacking inspection and inventory of accessories

After the filing cabinet arrives, unpack the box first and check whether the main body and accessories are complete according to the configuration instructions provided in the manual. Usually, the packaging of the mobile filing cabinet contains cabinets, drawers, slides, bases, screws and other parts to ensure that all accessories are intact and not missing.

2. Install the base

Most mobile filing cabinets are equipped with rollers at the bottom to facilitate their movement. During the installation process, the base part needs to be fixed first. Check whether the holes at the bottom are aligned with the filing cabinet body to ensure that the base is stable and secure. Insert the rollers according to the marked position and fix them with wires to ensure that the rollers are installed flat.

3. Install drawer slides

When installing the slides, align the slides with the reserved holes on both sides of the drawer and fix them with screws. 6. Adjustment and inspection

After the installation is completed, check the overall structure of the mobile file cabinet, check whether the slide rails of each drawer are normal, whether the lock is flexible, and whether the rollers of the base rotate freely.
